Our work began with a simple observation: financial systems often assume knowledge and trust that many families have never been given the chance to build.
Cultivar develops programs that help families learn, practice, and grow financial confidence in ways that feel practical and culturally relevant. Our first program, Cultivar Kids, brings financial learning to young people and parents through youth leadership, family conversations, and community partnerships.
We work alongside families, educators, and community partners to create tools and experiences that support meaningful participation in financial systems. Our goal is simple: help families build confidence, habits, and opportunities that strengthen the next generation.
