Cultivar measures participation, not just education.

Traditional financial education programs measure attendance or information delivered.

Cultivar measures whether families move into financial action. Cultivar is a culturally rooted platform that helps families build financial confidence - moving beyond transactional financial literacy to develop Financial Identity. Cultivar measures whether families move into financial action.
